Talks
Plenary talks: 25 minutes + 5 for questions (30 minutes total)
Contributed talks: 12 minutes + 3 for questions (15 minutes total)
Talks should be in PowerPoint or PDF format. For plenary speakers, or those in the main hall for a parallel session, using PowerPoint will enable the viewing of speaker notes on the stage monitors that face the presenter.
Presentation slides can also be uploaded to your Oxford Abstracts submission to be made viewable in the program schedule.
Posters
Posters should be portrait and A0 sized (84.1 cm x 118.9 cm or 33.1 inches x 46.8 inches). Poster space will be available from Monday morning to Friday afternoon with the dedicated 2 hour poster session taking place on Thursday afternoon.
The poster area will contain designated poster boards, and velcro will be provided for mounting posters to the boards. The layout of the posters in the poster are is given below. The numbering corresponds to the program code, which you can find on the program schedule.
A PDF of your poster can also be uploaded to your Oxford Abstracts submission to be made viewable in the program schedule.
Printing: A0 posters can be printed at Copy-Print on UCD campus for €35. If you wish to avail of this service you can email them a PDF of your poster before the 1st of July and you can then pay on collection. Full details can be found at the Copy-Print website.
