Registration and abstract submission is open to all members of the community. You do not need to be a member of the LISA Consortium to attend or present at the meeting. The registration fees are as follows:

Registration fees cover the welcome reception on Sunday 7th July, access to all the plenary, parallel and poster sessions that run from the 8th – 12th of July 2024, and refreshments during coffee breaks throughout the meeting. The will be no sessions on the afternoon of Wednesday 10th in order for delegates to explore Dublin and the surrounding area. During registration there is an option to book onto an excursion to see the Powerscourt Estate on the Wednesday afternoon. This departs from and arrives back to the conference venue on the Wednesday afternoon. The cost for this is €50.

Delegates can also book accommodation during registration. The cheapest option for accommodation is on UCD Campus (€112 per night) and can only be booked via the registration system. Two other hotels are offered here as well for between €189 – €239 a night. If you wish to make your own accommodation arrangements we have provided further suggestions on the accommodation page.

We are currently exploring options for remote attendance and will update this page should that become available.

Travel Grants:

NASA are supporting travel grants for US-based researchers to attend the meeting. The deadline for application is the 5th of April 2024. See the NASA LISA Symposium Travel Grants page for more information.

The ESA Education Office has provided sponsorship for tertiary education students to attend the meeting. The deadline for application is the 14th of April 2024. See the ESA Academy Student Sponsorship page for further details.
